This project was a comprehensive renovation of a period home from top to bottom.  The refurbishment included a new roof, floating floors, a full new bathroom, a new kitchen, bifold doors, a deck, picket and pailing fencing, external cladding, retaining walls, 2.5m feature windows, removal of internal walls and painting of the home transforming the entire property inside and out. 

This project involved a design and construct endeavor, where we were engaged to build a rest hut that seamlessly blended in with the existing aesthetics of the golf course. From inception to completion, we handled every aspect, including carpentry, concreting, and roofing, finishing the build in 2 weeks.

We constructed this 70m2 ironbark deck with dual disability access ramps. Our scope encompassed framing, decking, and pouring the concrete ramps to create an integrated and accessible outdoor deck joining two school buildings together while giving wheelchair access from two entrances.
